October Most Dangerous Month for Teen Drivers

1309285_autumn_leaves.jpgPantagraph.com has reported on a recent study conducted by State Farm Insurance indicating that the month of October is the most dangerous for teen drivers. The report showed nearly 10 percent of motor vehicle accidents involving 16 and 17 year-old drivers occur in the month of October. The report notes that by October teen drivers have returned to school and are driving to sporting and other extra-curricular activites. We hope all teen drivers remain safe and accident free this fall, and stay aware of the extra challenges fall and winter driving in Indiana presents.

U.S. News & World Report magazine and Best Lawyers has recently announced that our law firm has been selected to be in the 2010 “Best Law Firms” national rankings, and will appear in the October 2010 U.S. News & World Report magazine. In this most recent edition, our firm was recognized and received a first-tier ranking in the practice areas of personal injury litigation (representing plaintiffs) and in communications law.

We are proud to receive this distinguished honor as rankings are determined by surveying law firm clients, lawyers, managers, and other associates who are asked to rank the law firms in areas of expertise, responsiveness, integrity, and cost-effectiveness. The U.S. News – Best Lawyers rankings reach an influential legal and corporate audience of 17 million readers monthly.

“We are thrilled to be chosen for this national award,” says attorney Paul Kruse, a partner at Parr Richey Obremskey Frandsen & Patterson. “Being chosen by our peers and associates is a great honor.”
